Great location. Near Namdaenum and Myeong dong shopping streets and also near several train stations and the pick up point of thr airport limousone bus going to Incheon airport is jist around the corner.

Hotel is always crowded. So many guests. Some of the front desk staff is not helpful. We miss a day trip itinerary because they didn't call our room when our tour guide ask to call us. Not all, 1 staff coordinated with operator to make our trip complete

Convenient location, near the airport limo bus. For lunch/dinner (except Sunday), many nearby restaurants/pubs. Reasonably quiet in room with good views (especially rooftop garden). Japanese style bath and bidet. Good breakfast.

The in-room desk is a bit small. Lobby sometimes occupied by groups using it as a meeting space. Occasionally had to walk to main street to get a taxi.

All good things! Excellent location, well sized room with natural light, space to open our suitcases and repack at the end. Good bathroom and shower. Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful, always happy to answer questions when we needed help.

It was cheap and close to the business place that I intended to visit.

The table was small and too close to the sofa by the wall, and it was difficult to get in/out.

The location was great. Step outside and walk to a nearby coffee shop, bar, or restaurant. Very nice hospitality by the workers. We loved our room!

Is very convenient to myeongdong and Namdaemun. Near Shinsegae and Seoul tower. Fully equipped with necessities.

Going with different group sizes can’t be arranged in same floor.

When I put on the do not disturb button on for my hotel room, the cleaning ladies came in anyways, moved our stuff, and left. I did not appreciate that. When they cleaned they did not change the sheets, nor vacuumed, they just did the bed, and gave us new towels. The cleaning service was highly disappointing. The breakfast as well it was the same thing over and over again, there was no variety.

Nice room, size was good, bathroom adequate with an ancient wooden soaking tub. No view except the tops of surrounding buildings.

Being on a high floor - 16th - means you wait and wait for an elevator. Breakfast was ok but at times very bizarre. Ex: Sweet Potato salad with whole Oreo Cookies??. Melo Melo Restaurant in the hotel didn’t understand the Italian style of serving or wine pouring.

The location is near to night market, restaurants, coffee shop and bakery I just on the other side of the main road. It’s very convenient, the airport bus is just few steps away from the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room is a little bit small for us , we’re a group of 3 people. The bathroom needs more towel rack and there is a little bit smell in the room whenever we come back from sightseeing, even though there is a humidifier in the room.

superb location, really good variety of breakfast foods, availability of fitness and washing machines, very helpful staff.

the sink in the bathroom was quite uneven and in my friend‘s room it leaked. It was repaired but leaked again.

Hotel was so adorable and comfortable as well. We booked the suite with the ball pit and our kids loved it. Check-in was a breeze. Our family of four really appreciated the buffet breakfast.

We were very lucky to get a room in the floor which was devoted to korean characters, the room was SO nice we didnt want to leave it! very clean, nice, with a good view, we really had a very good rest there. Thanks a lot!!!!

Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of food variety to choose from.

One of the rooms I booked has bathroom issues, bidet was not working all the time and shower head was not working. However the staff fixed the shower head when we reported it. Not all the staff are approachable and helpful.
